Monday 18 March.

Hallo Dear Readers,

I’ve been reading a book about polarizing tropics at work. It’s approproately called We Can’t Talk About That at Work!

It’s simply the case that what can and cannot be talked about is getting more of a problem not less.

Take Israel/Gaza. The Oscar speech of director Jonathan Glazer for the movie The Zone of Interest provoked a firestorm. It’s not unheard of for people to use the world’s stage to say something passionate but it’s fairly unheard of for a powerful co-worker, in this case his producer, Danny Cohen, to elegantly denounce him in, in public - on a podcast.
